No Passive Listening
No sound is captured when the handset is hung up. Only calls initiated by the user are recorded.
Data is maintained securely at all times.
Expertise
Our CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Yoann Vanitou (20 years of experience in software development, secure cloud, and AI), has designed a robust infrastructure compliant with best practices.
Data Usage
All calls are recorded when the handset is picked up. These recordings are used exclusively to:
- Ensure service quality and safety.
- Automatically generate summaries accessible via the client interface.
- Share with the residence in the event of further verification; precise access logs are maintained.
- Improve the service, prevent risks, or contribute to analysis within the framework of supervised research.
Analyses are performed using pseudonymized or aggregated data.
Right to be Forgotten
Data can be deleted upon simple request from a legal representative within 30 days.
